Returns & Exchanges

All sales of goods through www.buybearknuckles.com are deemed final upon completion of the payment. Should the customer wish to return any goods purchased through buybearknuckles.com (the Site), certain conditions must be met. Bear Knuckles LLC will accept returns and pay for return shipping when notice is provided within 30 days of receipt of the goods by email to support@bearknuckles.biz, wherein such notice provides photographic evidence that either (1) the order received does not match the transaction recorded electronically by the Site; or (2) the goods received are not in working condition, whether damaged during shipping or because of a manufacturing defect as defined herein. Manufacturing defects include sewing and stitching errors, but inconsistencies in leather quality are expressly excluded. Other reasons for returning an item, such as a choice in size or style will be accepted at Bear Knuckles LLC's sole discretion, and, when accepted, will normally require the customer to pay for return shipping.

Be sure to reach out to us letting us know the exchange request, and/or include a note in the returned package. Upon receiving returned goods and verifying they are in acceptable, resalable condition, Bear Knuckles will then ship the requested exchanged item(s).
