Customer Success Manager

The mission for this role is to be the primary touch point between our brand and the Bear Knuckles community at large, and to foster continual growth and engagement with the current customers that make up our Posse. When someone is talking to you, they are talking to the brand. With each interaction, a customer should hear our voice and experience our values.

We're looking for a partner that sees these tasks not just as a job but as a reflection of the kind of person they already are. This role is 20% customer support and 80% account management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be obsessed with improving our overall customer's experience and be a thought leader within Bear Knuckles to continually improve internal customer support and account management processes

  • Respond to all customer support questions and concerns through our support channels. Determine the needs of the customers and if needed route to the appropriate department head

  • Manage and maintain relationships in a book of business of existing customers and perform other tasks to drive revenue expansion and retention

  • Hold monthly business reviews with key accounts and provide them with pertinent sales data to both educate and help increase sales with those customers

  • Coordinate customer handoffs with our sales staff and partner with our inventory, warehouse, and finance teams to help serve the customer

  • Attend trade shows in person as necessary (expected travel is 10%)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in customer service or sales industry

  • Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients (presentation skills are a plus)

  • Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results

  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal

  • Basic understanding of email, calendars, conference software

  • Ability/desire to consistently hit quota
