ALL SALES FINAL - Recommendation: We advise new buyers to purchase one size larger than their usual size for the best fit. Please note that glove has a discoloration on back of hand. This was caused by excess heat when the brand was applied causing the ink from the fleece liner to bleed through around the affected areas. Discoloration varies. Please review additional photos to see the extent of cosmetic blemish. The glove is fully functional with no structural defects

  • Thermal resistant fleece increases R-value adding extra warmth
  • Waterproofing added in tanning process to create water repellency
  • Patented Double Wedge™ design (Extreme curved finger pattern)
  • Ergonomically constructed to reduce hand fatigue and increase comfort
  • Winged thumb configuration to decrease material bunching around palm
  • Shirred back (Elastic stretch band for more secure fit)
  • Purpose placed gussets for longer-lasting wear
  • Minimized seams to prevent stitching abrasion
  • 1MM thickness leather buffalo hide

Bear Knuckles gloves are designed to fit tightly for better control and dexterity. Our sizing guide reflects a glove that will fit like a second skin. With regular break-in, the leather will expand and conform to the natural shape of your hand. If you desire a loose fitting glove, we recommend sizing up (L instead of M).

Conditioning Leather for First Time Use

To achieve a perfect fit, Bear Knuckles leather gloves should conform tightly to your hands when wearing for the first time as leather will stretch.

  1. Put leather gloves on
  2. Spritz with water
Note: If gloves are water/oil resistant, use mink oil or leather conditioner instead of water
  3. Wear until dry

Maintenance & Cleaning

All Bear Knuckles gloves are safe to hand or machine wash and dry. After machine washing, gloves will shrink to original size and may be stiff. Follow Break-in Steps above to recondition.

Blemished gloves

Gloves are well made. Order a size larger than your normal size. I ordered an x-large and they are snug. I’ve only worn the gloves a couple of days moving large rocks but I’m impressed so far.

Break In

Received gloves (size large) and they were quite snug - a little concerned with size choice. Not sure if because these were fleece lined, they were tighter than an unlined pair. Assume sizing is adjusted for lined versus unlined gloves. Applied generous coating of Hubert's Shoe Oil and wore them for the day in the woods. But after working them, they now fit good.

I got the 2xl bcuz of other reviews on fit... they do run small and starting off i was extremely concerned with how tight they were the first 2-3 times i put them on but after slipping on 7-10 times with extremely mild use like opening trailer doors or fueling the truck the stretched out just fine. I normally wear a L to XL work glove, purchased the 2xl, fits like a small fit XL or large fit L. All that said im buying 4 more pair for a total of 6.... very very satisfied once the leather relaxed

RUNS SMALL

I bought three pair of gloves. The two un-lined XL gloves fit me snug, but the fleece lined XL were way too small.
