I've only had these about three weeks but, so far, I really like them. They are soft for how rugged they feel and they seem more durable than other leather work gloves I have had.
These are the best gloves ever!
So nice to have a pair of gloves that are form fitted to your hands. Way less fatigue on your fingers when you’re working.
My order arrived very quickly
The gloves are very durable and well-made
Very abrasion resistant as I work with cement
I will be ordering these gloves again
Not my first pair and will not be my last!
I really like these gloves. They're warm but not too heavy. The only thing that keeps me from giving them five stars is I wish they were a little bit more water resistant
Firstly, I destroy gloves at an alarming rate. I’m a Flatbed driver and work with lots of heavy tarps and dirty straps. There’s a lot of pulling on bungees and rusty chains. Most gloves last me about a week or two. Cheap ones are dead in 4 or 5 days. I’ve ravaged $30 “good” gloves in two weeks.
These Lineman’s gloves have outperformed everything I’ve tried, so far (plus, they’re crazy comfortable). I was able to get about two and a half weeks before the leather at the fingertips started to wear through but they were still doing a good job protecting my hands for up to 5 weeks. This was HUGE for me. For most people, I imagine they’d get several months of good daily use.
These are excellent gloves and I’m coming back for more.
Wore it on a 2 week wildland fire, held up great even when wet, comfortable, good grip and protection. Only complaint is there is no way to hang on a carabiner on my pack when I’m not working.
First thing I did was to rub Mink Oil into the gloves and set them out to dry for a day or two. The gloves tactile 'stickiness' improved greatly. Great grip!
Just in time for -3F morning temp. Today's sunrise temp was -7F.
The gloves worked great, kept my hands warm, but after 45 min my fingertips started to get cold. All in all, a great product.
The only thing I'd like to see to improve them is to make the cuff area a bit longer so that the wrist area isn't exposed so often when working.
Bought these seeking a pair of work gloves that will last. I love the soft deerskin gloves I’ve bought in the past from my local hardware store, but they rip apart with the first tough job. These heavy duty cowhide gloves are tough! I look forward to wearing them for a long time.
The gloves I received are too small. I could not find a customer service number so had to use the email option. On January 12th I reached out to ask for return information. I have received no response as of yet.
As a ironworker/ welder/ equipment operator, I'm always trying to find the best gear for my dollar. And I have finally found some great gloves that are backed with a warranty. I bought my first pair that wore out in the finger tips the first 2 weeks of use. I emailed bear knuckles and they replaced them. Great customer service! I will be buying their gloves in the future. I highly recommend these fleece lined gloves for the winter. They keep my hands nice and warm in the New England winter cold.
I measured my hand per the instructions on the web sight and Medium was the right size. They are snug, but comfortable. My fingers aren't very long and the medium gloves only have a wee bit of room at the fingertips, so all is well.
I’ve completely changed over to these gloves for everything. Best gloves all around.
Bought them to ride with..I am very impressed with the quality and flexibility and they keep my hands warm at higher speeds.. would buy again for sure
Heavy duty gloves and they keeps your hands nice and warm.
The only gloves I have found with big enough sizes that are still comfortable and durable. I wear a 2 XL and they fit perfectly. They allow me to perform my job without feeling like I’m sacrificing too much of my hand mobility.
These gloves came apart at the seams the first day of wearing them, grandson said not worth the money I spent on them, never again.
They were shipped fast and they fit great and look good to very nice gloves will buy them again
My hands measure 10", I used the D409 fit chart, and went up two sizes and ordered XXL. The gloves are too small. While the fingers are long enough, they're two tight to allow circulation for warmth. I have long skinny hands. The web between index and thumb is not deep enough and pulls.
I wouldnt know they were a gift but they said they liked the gloves.
Very durable gloves although don't expect them to keep your hands warm in colder weather
These gloves are thin enough for things you need dexterity for. I use them when roping or working calves. For everything else I use the heavy duty gloves. I am extremely satisfied with both!
