Bear Knuckles gloves are designed to fit tightly for better control and dexterity. Our sizing guide reflects a glove that will fit like a second skin. With regular break-in, the leather will expand and conform to the natural shape of your hand. If you desire a loose fitting glove, we recommend sizing up (L instead of M).

Conditioning for 1st Time Use

To achieve a perfect fit, Bear Knuckles gloves should conform tightly to your hands when wearing for the 1st time as leather will stretch.

Break-in Steps

  1. Put gloves on
  2. Spritz with water
Note: If gloves are water/oil resistant, use mink oil or leather conditioner instead of water
  3. Wear until dry

Maintenance & Cleaning

All Bear Knuckles gloves are safe to hand or machine wash and dry. After machine washing, gloves will shrink to original size and may be stiff. Follow Break-in Steps above to recondition.

Love em!

Great fitting. The natural curve in the fingers allows for dexterity. I ordered them a size bigger for a liner which fits great.

Thin and light.

These are an ok /decent set of work gloves. I am typically a large and the fingers in these are a smidge long.
The leather is light compared some other styles sold by this company.
I ultimately preferred the lined gloves better.

I like them except the color is different so you can only wear as work gloves

I like them except the color is different (orangish brown) so you can only wear as work gloves. If they were brown or black, they could be everyday driving gloves, etc., but the orange color makes the gloves look odd so that it does not match other clothes. And, I am not particular, but I am not a cowboy. I'm a lawyer now although I grew up on a farm.

Well made, good fit

I've only used them a few times but they are very well made, supple and the fit was perfect for me. I wear these when doing lawn work.

Farm and Ranch worthy

Working seven days a week for the last 4 months at 8 to 10 hrs a day. Still holding up and worth every penny. Will dye your hands red for the first couple of days though.
