Bear Knuckles gloves are designed to fit tightly for better control and dexterity. Our sizing guide reflects a glove that will fit like a second skin. With regular break-in, the leather will expand and conform to the natural shape of your hand. If you desire a loose fitting glove, we recommend sizing up (L instead of M).

Conditioning Leather for First Time Use

To achieve a perfect fit, Bear Knuckles leather gloves should conform tightly to your hands when wearing for the first time as leather will stretch.

  1. Put leather gloves on
  2. Spritz with water
    Note: If gloves are water/oil resistant, use mink oil or leather conditioner instead of water
  3. Wear until dry

Maintenance & Cleaning

All Bear Knuckles gloves are safe to hand or machine wash and dry. After machine washing, gloves will shrink to original size and may be stiff. Follow Break-in Steps above to recondition.

I bought a pair of your gloves heard about them from other Lineman and wanted to try them I spoke with our Safety department and they just purchased 12 medium 12 Large and 12
XL for the CVIS to try before purchasing more I gave my personal approval we are Kewitt 1884 Line Co
We purchased the perfect Storm short and the long cuff Im hoping they enjoy them as much as i do

I purchased the Perfect Storm as well as the fleece lined work gloves and have used almost every day since. So far they have broken in easily and are standing up to my work as a Greenskeeper (tractor work, digging, spreading fertilizer and seeding, chainsaw, etc). As I have only had these for a bit over a week, they get a 4. If they survive then the score will increase. Most work gloves from the HW store last about 2 weeks. I have a pair of all leather gloves that are a year old and they are on their last legs. Hoping these outlive those. Sizing was spot on, fingers are good length, fit and finish are good as well. Finger feel and dexterity are very good on both pairs. Both pairs have been treated with a beeswax based conditioner and are waterproof. So far very pleased with the purchase and believe these will provide good value.
