Bear Knuckles gloves are designed to fit tightly for better control and dexterity. Our sizing guide reflects a glove that will fit like a second skin. With regular break-in, the leather will expand and conform to the natural shape of your hand. If you desire a loose fitting glove, we recommend sizing up (L instead of M).

Conditioning Leather for First Time Use

To achieve a perfect fit, Bear Knuckles leather gloves should conform tightly to your hands when wearing for the first time as leather will stretch.

Put leather gloves on
Spritz with water
Note: If gloves are water/oil resistant, use mink oil or leather conditioner instead of water
Wear until dry

Maintenance & Cleaning

All Bear Knuckles gloves are safe to hand or machine wash and dry. After machine washing, gloves will shrink to original size and may be stiff. Follow Break-in Steps above to recondition.

I really like how these gloves fit the true form of your hand unlike other gloves out there on the market. I would buy these again. They have become my favorite gloves to wear.

Great product!

Great fit, feel, and use!

Purely on a whim, I purchased these gloves. The back story is that the name brand gloves I had were not doing the trick. The trick was this: walk the 150 lb. Rottweiler dog in the wee hours of dawn, prior to work. Not a bad gig in the summer, but in the cold bleakness of winter, my former gloves let the cold into my aging hands while Fido sniffed each blade of grass along the road (Brrrr), ride my Harley in cold weather, and work my acreage, repairing fenceline, barns, etc.
So, I thought I'd try Bear Knuckles.
What a surprising difference! They are warmer than the other name brand, cost less, and fit right! An amazing, affordable product! I use these gloves out on my couple of acres for all kinds of work, and they prove themselves every time!
